LED Flex is a manufacturer of LED lighting and have been established for over 7 years and is looking to add a National Sales Manager to the team.
 
We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. 
 
At LED Flex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products.
 
The ideal applicant will have excellent relationship building skills, be highly organised who can work on their own without any direct supervision. 
 
The successful candidate would lead business development for both new and existing customers, generating new leads and display a high level of knowledge of all LED Flex products.
 
As National Sales Manager you will report directly into the Managing Director and will be tasked with maintaining and increasing sales of LED Flex products throughout the UK.
 
Ideally you will be located in the South East area.
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibility for developing and driving ambitious growth plans with new and existing customers.
Maintain relationships with existing direct accounts and look to increase turnover and service levels.
Setting and monitoring team sales targets and motivating the sales team to succeed. 
Liaise with your customer base to introduce new products and promotions.
Target new direct accounts to increase sales turnover.
To be well presented at all times with a clean and tidy vehicle.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Planning and preparing presentations.
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
Preparing monthly sales reports.
Providing management with sales feedback.
 
Experience/Qualifications
The successful candidate must have demonstrable track record of success in an area sales position, will have strong negotiation skills, and a customer focused approach with in-depth knowledge of lighting and/or experience in the LED lighting industry. 
Proven track record of sales management.
To be comfortable in dealing with variety of clients from contractors on site to director / board room level.
Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and applications with the ability to learn new applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstration of effective interpersonal skills.
Ambitious and self-motivated with excellent attitude and great work ethic.
Strong negotiator with experience of meeting and exceeding targets and objectives.
 
Personal Qualities
Intelligent, articulate, professional, presentable and a high level of integrity.
Must have drive, be energetic, dynamic, and have the willingness to grow regions.
Develop strategies to deliver sales objectives.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Flexible – some overnight stays may be required.

We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets.

The ideal applicant will have excellent relationship building skills, be highly organised and must be able to work on their own without any direct supervision. 
 
The successful candidate would be building relationships with exiting and new customers, processing orders, generating new leads and displaying a high level of knowledge of all LED Flex products marketing and providing technical support and advice.
 
As a Technical Sales Advisor you will be part of a small sales team, reporting to the National Sales Manager.   

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Office based role offering technical advice.
Assisting sales teams with business development & marketing.
Liaising with suppliers regarding all product requirements/purchase.
Managing & developing pricing bands & pricing strategies.
It would be desirable that you have had experience working with suppliers from around the globe.
To be well presented at all times.
 
 
 
Experience/Qualifications
Previous Product or Technical employment background 
LED lighting experience.
Experience dealing with suppliers.
Experience dealing with clients & sales teams.
Ability to offer technical advice to non technical staff & clients.
Good understanding off what products are best placed for the UK and International markets.
To be comfortable in dealing with variety of clients from contractors on site to director / board room level.
Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and applications with the ability to learn new applications.
